Overview
One Hemp Holistics, a CBD retailer selling tinctures, capsules, topicals, and edibles, needed an e-commerce presence — but ran into a problem before design even started. Nupixl was brought in to solve payment processing first, then build the storefront around it.
Challenge
CBD is classified as high-risk by most payment processors, and many declined to work with One Hemp Holistics outright. Without a resolved payment path, no amount of design or marketing work could get the store to actually sell anything.
Approach
Nupixl researched payment processors willing to support the CBD category and secured a reliable, secure solution before moving on to the storefront itself. Only once payments were solved did we move into front-end design and marketing.
Execution
We built a responsive, visually clean storefront optimized across devices, with an easy checkout flow, full product catalog, shopping cart, and wishlist. Once the store was live, we ran a digital marketing program covering SEO, social media, and email to build visibility and drive traffic to the new site.
Results
One Hemp Holistics launched with a resolved payment path, a high-converting storefront, and a real marketing engine behind it. The site saw strong returning-customer behavior and a measurable increase in both traffic and brand visibility, giving the business room to grow past its initial payment-processing hurdle.
