Overview

Health Gorilla, a health data and interoperability platform, needed a marketing site that spoke directly to compliance-minded healthcare buyers evaluating QHIN readiness. Nupixl was engaged to rebuild the site around how those buyers actually make decisions.

Challenge

Prospects couldn't find clear answers about compliance and QHIN readiness without contacting sales directly, and the site's copy didn't align with the procurement language buyers used internally to build a case. Approach

We simplified the information architecture around self-serve answers and aligned copy with the procurement language buyers actually use internally.

Execution

We implemented automated lead routing and enrichment so qualified inquiries reach the right owner within seconds, with progressive profiling to reduce friction while still collecting context over time. A scalable content system now models resources, releases, certifications, and partner spotlights with approval workflows so drafts never leak to production. We also audited third-party scripts, deferred non-critical work, and compressed assets to bring the site within Core Web Vitals thresholds.

Results

Health Gorilla's site now answers the questions compliance-minded buyers actually ask, without requiring a sales call to get there. The lead pipeline is measurable end to end, from first touch to demo, and publishing is safe and predictable thanks to structured content types and approval workflows.
