Overview
Easy Stay Retreats, a boutique short-term rental company, partnered with Nupixl to rebuild its outdated website and establish a more scalable digital presence. The existing platform lacked the flexibility to handle multiple property listings, direct bookings, and affiliate partnerships. Management wanted a website that not only looked professional but functioned as a revenue-driving tool.

The old site had limited customization options and poor backend scalability. Property data had to be updated manually, and there was no centralized way to track performance or bookings. Additionally, the company's goal of launching an affiliate program was impossible within the constraints of the existing system.
Approach
Nupixl began by mapping Easy Stay's business processes, including property listings, affiliate tracking, and guest booking flows. We rebuilt the front end on a modular, SEO-friendly content platform, connected it live to their booking system's API for real-time synchronization, and designed a scalable referral system to reward partners for driving direct bookings.
Execution
The rebuild transformed Easy Stay Retreats from a simple marketing site into an operational booking platform. Property listings stayed dynamically synced, keeping availability and pricing accurate automatically. The affiliate program was built as a secondary layer of the system, using tracked referral forms embedded directly in the site. Nupixl also optimized the booking process for mobile users, improving navigation, CTA placement, and load performance.
Results
After launch, Easy Stay Retreats experienced a forty-six percent increase in direct bookings and a substantial reduction in reliance on third-party booking sites.
