We are embarking on an exciting project to develop a Proof of Concept for a Management System designed to streamline our workflows and improve productivity for global teams.
Project Overview
Our project involves creating a project management system for international teams that uses AI Copilots for personal assistance and mechanisms to support cross-timezone working.
Role Summary
Look, this is a start-up, and as an intern at a start-up, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing our internal management system. But, your actions will also help form the culture and practices of this company. You will work with and network with other developers, designers, and managers across the world to design, develop, and test key components of the system, ensuring they meet our high standards of functionality, security, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing the internal management system, focusing on user-friendly interfaces and integrating AI Copilots.
- Participate in the requirements-gathering process to understand our teams' specific needs and workflows.
- Collaborate with team leaders and project managers to develop and test system functionalities, including team management, project tracking, and cross-timezone communication features.
- Support the testing and feedback phase by helping to identify bugs and suggesting improvements based on user feedback.
- Contribute to preparing documentation and training materials to facilitate the system's deployment and adoption by employees.
- Engage in daily briefing sessions with your AI Copilot to align on tasks and priorities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and communicate across different time zones.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment.
- Interest in AI technologies and their application in improving operational efficiency.
